Tips to reduce your work load
- Finish your difficult work in the morning session when you are fresh and energetic
- Map out your schedule and objectives at least one day in advance.
- Focus on one single task at a time. If the interrupting task is high priority than the current task then complete the new task and then switch back to the old task.
- When one particular task causes blockage, focus on something else and come back to the challenging one later
- Don’t be afraid to say no or ask for help when you need it
