Good morning everyone. I your help. I am looking to help 10 people in
October who are ready to take control of their health and fitness. No
matter if you have as little as 5 lbs to lose or as much as 105 lbs to
lose, I want to help. I am looking for people that are tired of
not being able to do the things that they want to do like playing with
their children or grandchildren at the park, people People that have
tried every diet out there only to put the weight back on and more,
people that are tired of feeling tired every day, or people that have
just been diagnosed with Diabetes or heart disease that have been told
by their doctor that they need to lose weight.
I am started my journey 3 years ago and I have come a long way and I
can tell you that I am healthier and fitter than I was when I was 20 and
I am 48 years old. If I can do this anyone can. If any of the above
