'Everybody Looking' - Gucci Mane

Despite being incarcerated for some time, Gucci Mane hardly ever left his music behind and was known to record songs even behind bars. But now, he's out and ready to not just bring new music to the masses but also get to perform them live.

Everybody Looking seems to be the fitting title for Mane's latest effort considering how he's be absent (sort of) from the hip-hop game for a minute. However, his first single, "First Day Out Tha Feds," is a clear sign of how real the rapper wants to get with everyone. Working with Mike WiLL Made-It as well as the production skills of Zaytoven and Drumma Boy, Guwop really has outdone himself on the album. His track, "Guwop Home," with Young Thug is relaxed and melodic and highlights the luxuries that Mane now enjoys. While "Guwop Home" is chill, Gucci Mane goes unfiltered on the opening track, "Now Sleep (Intro)." It's this mix of honest tunes and party tracks that make this Everybody Looking a must-listen this week.

'Red Earth & Pouring Rain' - Bear’s Den

As bands grow and progress, changes happen. And Bear's Den not only adapted to them but also used change to explore opportunities in their music, which is heard throughout their latest album, Red Earth & Pouring Rain. While the band has been expanding their sound in their live sets, we instantly get that atmospheric feel on this album when we listening to the title track, which opens the album.

Despite recording the album in Wales, much of Red Earth & Pouring Rain is influenced by the band's experiences while traveling around the US. Whether it's the highs and lows of being on the road or the actual instrumentals they composed, you feel that American essence. And we can hear that influence in "Dew on the Vine," which has melodic remnants of a Bruce Springsteen tune. Red Earth & Pouring Rain shows how a band can grow, and we can't wait to see where Bear's Den can take these songs when they perform them live.

'Warm on a Cold Night' - Honne

Looking for something a little bit more seductive to add to your playlist? Honne's debut album, Warm on a Cold Night, is the perfect addition. Rooted in R&B, the electronic duo has a lot of soul going into this record. From the flirty tune with Izzy Bizu, "Someone That Loves You," to the hip-swaying "Coastal Love," James Hatcher and Andy Clutterbuck have compiled a collection of tracks that will help you get than one you've been eyeing for a while make sure they never leave you. And it's scenarios like these that James and Andy look at on Warm on a Cold Night.

The songs are takes on relationships as well as making that simple yet meaningful connection with another person like the track, "Good Together." Whether you're single or in a committed relationship, there will be a song on this record that you can relate to.

'Air for Free' - Relient K

Since the late '90s, Relient K have been providing music fans with a plethora of tunes that will get you moving as well as aim to inspire. And they hope to do it again with their eighth album, Air for Free. The follow-up to 2013's Collapsible Lung, Air for Free sounds just like what the title suggests. There is a carefree and light ambience to the album, which will surely quench the thirst of Relient K fans who've been waiting for new material from the Canton, OH band.

Member Matt Theissen got personal with this one with many of the songs centering around his family. For instance, "Marigold" is written in honor of his mom and a time when he gave some of those flowers to her after winning them at school. Opposed to the pop-punk tracks they were known for in the past, Air for Free treads into more of the upbeat pop territory, which is evident in tunes like "Man" and the uplifting song, "God."

'Operator' - MSTRKRFT

Aside from "Back in the USSA," the track they released in 2011, MSTRKRFT have been relatively quiet about their own material since 2009's Fist of God. But now they're back with their third studio full-length, Operator. The Toronto electronic duo have been crafting this piece of work since 2013. And inspired by military content Jesse F. Keeler read online, they, like the soldiers Jesse read about, started to look at themselves as operators rather than musicmakers.

This brought them back to using their older equipment, which gives songs like "Party Line" and their latest single, "Runaway," that more mechanical and perhaps robotic vibe. While we knew they're more than they're music-making machines, MSTRKRFT's meticulous attention to these kinds of details is what makes Operator so exciting to listen to.
