Nick Carter was arrested in Key West, FL. The Backstreet Boys member was charged with misdemeanor battery.

Police say that Nick and a friend were "heavily intoxicated" when they walked into Hogs Breath Saloon—and when a bartender refused to serve them, they became "agitated and aggressive." Security kicked the them out, though once they were outside, Nick allegedly grabbed a bartender by the neck and punched him.

The Backstreet Boy and his friend were released yesterday afternoon on a $1,500 bail. See a video of his court appearance at TMZ.
