Dubbing yourself the "best weekend of summer" is a hard slogan to live up to, but this year's FYF Fest victoriously lived up to the title. With a strong lineup including late-add Kanye West, Morrissey, FKA Twigs, Purity Ring, Solange, and much more, the Los Angeles-based festival proved itself as one of the nation's best music events.

Despite a bumpy start last year at a new venue, thousands of music faithful made the pilgrimage again to the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena and Exposition Park. In the thick of the crowd, we caught up with some of the fans to get their thoughts on this year's FYF, their favorite music, and what they were looking forward to see:
