Remember that time Miguel tried to jump between two parallel catwalks while performing at the 2013 Billboard Muisc Awards and failed miserably? No? Well, let us remind you:

The R&B crooner ended up crushing two women with his crotch/leg (both?). While one woman reportedly suffered brain damage, she never took the singer to court. 

However, now, two years later, TMZ is reporting that a second woman who claims to have taken the brunt of the leg drop is seeking damages from both Miguel and the MGM Grand (where the awards took place) in order to cover medical bills and lost wages, in addition to pain and suffering.

No word yet on an actual dollar amount—or a response from Miguel's camp.
