The seventh film in the 'Fast and Furious' series knocks out 'Frozen' in its climb to the top.
Sorry, Frozen—and watch out, Harry Potter and the Deathy Hallows Part 2: Furious 7 is still growing fast (...furiously?) at the box office.
Furious 7 has held onto the number one slot at the U.S. box office for four weeks in a row. With $320 million in the U.S. alone and $1 billion everywhere else in the world, it's now the fifth biggest grossing film of all time in the global box office, knocking Disney's Frozen from its previous position.
Many are also predicting that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and The Avengers will also be replaced by Furious 7 by the end of its run, although it's possible that Avengers: Age of Ultron—out this weekend—could perform just as well.
