Prepare to let the tears come down during another emotional ballad.
While we're still reeling (and sobbing) over Adele's smash hit, "Hello," she's just given us yet another reason to stock up on the Kleenex. The London songstress has revealed a new track, "When We Were Young," which she performed on 60 Minutes Australia.
Standing in the middle of a recording studio, she effortlessly belts out the pains of growing up and moving on from a love that just didn't work out. No matter how many times and ways Adele writes and sings about having a broken heart, she just knows how tug at those heart strings every time.
“Let me photograph you in this life, in case it is the last time / So it might be exactly like we were before we realized / We were sad of getting old, it made us restless / Oh, I’m so mad I’m getting old, it makes me reckless,” she sings. “It was just like a movie, it was just like a song / When we were young.”
If you're Down Under, you can catch the full interview and performance on November 22. But in the meantime, you can watch a clip below.
