I have added the case of Mohammed Merah to section "1.4. The Banning of the Burqa and Niqab in France and Belgium". He murdered an *Israeli* family (amongst others) because France banned the wearing of full body and face coverings in public. France had to do this because many women were being brutalized and oppressed by extremist Muslims in France.
