  • The Royal Court of Justice in London has passed an order which allows the fugitive Vijay Mallya to appeal against his extradition order by the Westminster Magistrate's court to face fraud and money-laundering charges amounting to ₹ 9000 crores in India. Vijay Mallya, 63, the CEO of Kingfisher Air Lines fled from India to the UK on March 2, 2016, after a look-out circular was diluted by the CBI (Arun Jaitley).
