is a sample meal plan:
Line an 11x13 inch roasting pan with non-stick foil. Pour the mixture into the pan. Press it into an even layer and bake for 1 hour. Cut into 1 inch squares. Scoop up those squares and stir them around in the pan. They’ll crumble and you can cut larger pieces into ½ pieces.
Measure and
stir in the nuts and
seeds. Put the pan back in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes
stir everything again and put the pan back in the oven. Repeat a few more times until the nuts and seeds have been toasted to your liking. Remove from oven, cool and store in a tightly lidded container.

½ diced bell pepper 2 celery stalks, chopped 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped 4 scallions, chopped 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 tbsp brown mustard Mayonnaise.
