Dear Meagan Crighton
I enclose [attach documents appropriate to identify the amount of compensation derived from the insured property Unit 25/117 Macleay Street Potts Point NSW 2011 a residence of 11 years of one Andrew Wayne Rogers, e.g. a copy of my request for a moderated meeting to discuss a resolvement to the debt in arrears incurred through the eviction of myself one Andrew Wayne Rogers and also damage and made inoperable all items as noted when the sprinkler valve broke off by itself and distributing water all through the unit I was living in at the time of the accident as known to Meagan Crighton the local Fire Brigade attended and fixed the problem which left myself on Andrew Wayne Rogers to remove all items that were water damaged which is the advise given to myself by the attending Fire Brigade entities].
I demand that payment of the full amount be paid to me at the address.
