Smile Direct Club is the most useless, idiotic bunch of morons I've had the displeasure of dealing with this month.They said on 8/1 they're refunding my $2k (because they SUCK; deets available...) & I'd have it within 10 business days (which would've been 8/15). I called on 8/20 because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but had not yet received it... Not even pending...
...So they processed the refund ON THAT CALL, 20 DAYS LATER. And are taking absolutely NO responsibility or initiative to make it right besides an "I'm sorry" (which doesn't fucking pay my bills).
May this company burn in hell, and get extra time for sullying the color purple with their shit ass brand.
They also insist on continuing to send me reminders to switch my aligners (aligners which never worked in the first place, so I could never even use the first one, so there is no "switching"), despite me unsubscribing multiple times, so they got a really nice email in response to (yet another) reminder this morning!
