The son of a pioneering exploration geologist
and one of India's first female pilots, Randeep was born in India and then
raised in Zambia and Nigeria. He has a genetic passion for energy and aviation,
and is now the founder and major shareholder of a group of companies in the
fields of energy, aviation, real estate, and the hospitality industry around
the globe including the Grevino Group
and Greka Group.  The Groups are administered through six offices
located in Hong Kong, Zhengzhou, London, New York, New Delhi, and Santa Maria
with employees from thirteen countries.
