David Silva American Citizen Beaten to Death by Seven (7) Kern Co. Sheriff's Deputies and Two (2) California Highway Patrol officers last Wednesday (5-8-2013). Eye Witnesses say Mr. Silva was begging for his life until he was beaten unresponsive with batons. He was taken to Kern Medical Center where he died of his injuries. Mr. Silva was 33 years old he leaves behind four small children.
