    Kinetic Element – The face of lifeAfter the release of Mike Visaggio ’s solo album ‘Starship Universe’ (2006) he was invited to the Pop Montreal festival. That’s why this keyboard player founded the (neo symphonic) prog rock band Kinetic Element. This American band has been influenced by Emerson Lake & Palmer, Yes and Asia, among others.Kinetic Element has performed at various prog festivals such as ROSfest and Progtoberfest. The previous album, ‘Travelog’ (2015), received good reviews. The Face Of Life‘ is the title of their latest album. The lyrics are not easy to fathom. The core is: with a spiritual view, you can handle the chaos of life. Mike has a Christian background, yet this album is not meant to be Christian. He thinks Christianity is not a religion, but a kind of state of mind.The words spoken at the beginning of ‘Epistle‘ make me curious about what is to come.
