Matt currently serves as Creative Director at In Flight Music Group where he
oversees A&R and the creative aspects of both music production and talent
branding. During his time at In Flight Music Group he developed the band
“Running The Risk” and took them from unknown to a No. 2 spot on Billboards
“Next Big Sound” chart in under twelve months.
