If you ever find yourself feeling overly confident that you are smart or wise or witty, have a chat with your teenage daughter.  
You will be quickly reminded your intelligence and wisdom just means you’re officially "old and lame".  But your "efforts" ARE commendable.

If you ever forget how powerful you are, find a group of committed teenagers and help lift them up. They have a light and energy we adults can easily forget. I am grateful to work with young people that are some of the greatest people I've ever known. Help empower our youth!

In life, people will bully you say unkind things about you try to make you feel small.Remember, truth sounds like hate to those that hate the truth.Be who you are and let others make the choice to be who they are.Your work and your actions speak louder than any shouts from those who want to criticize you.
