In response to your question....This track was a rough first take recorded on an iPad at the kitchen table. The sounds in the background are cars passing outside picked up by the iPads mic whilst recording. The only processing was a bit of tweaking in Pro Tools where I EQd, drenched it in reverb, and added delay to expand those background sounds etc.
