10th amendment may be powerful, but the states still don't have this power, stated or not. Sorry guys.

Refer to last post: Apparently, I was right. Unanimous decision. No taxing of the Feds for the States. Also, I forgot to mention, unanimous decision in favor of the bank too. Good day to be alive.

Even if the states have the ability to tax, can they tax the federal government?? I don't think soooooo.

So, basically, they've decided that the bank is legit, so now on to the taxing situation.

Chief Justice Marshall is careful not to say just how much power Congress does get, but he does think the bank is legit too.

Maryland is claiming this 10th amendment crap. Who cares if it's not in Congress' powers to have a bank, they still can't TAX IT regardless. Hopefully they'll see soon so I can be done with this.

So, apparently Congress has these "Enumerated Powers" so the bank is totally legit.

Maryland is SUING ME???
