    Today's #WisdomWednesday quickie information is about cold plates for bodies! A cold plate has three parts - a motor with a wall plug, a connector hose, and a flat cooling bed that easily slides under the torso and occiput. The flat bed cools the body rapidly (-18° for mine) and keeps a consistent temperature - no need to constantly change out and refreeze drink bottles or ice sheets.
