www.medleague.com/ PAs (like all health professional) are accountable for the job that they do, and any disregard on the areas (including doing treatments they're not qualified for, etc.). The distinction is the fact that the choosing doctor retains ultimate responsibility for your patient for monitoring the PA, AND responsibility, thus theoretically he or she could possibly be charged also.
