This techno-autobiography is organized chronologically as to show the different ages I was introduced to various social media/tech mediums as well as to illustrate how each medium might have influenced me differently based on timing in my life or purely based on the medium I was consuming content from.

I chose Myspace as the host site for this project because it was the very first "social media" medium that I used and because of its immense influence in terms of where social media stands today. In short, it was influential in both my life personally and "social media's life." Of course, Myspace is no longer the same "Myspace" it was back then, and I hoped my choosing it as the host-site would continue to illuminate how quickly things can change in this space. This project has also helped convey how our (our=students) personal growth has been so interconnected with the evolution of social media/tech and all of the parallels that exist there.
