What/where is the voice that is inside our minds, what if we differentiate different voices, or notice the voice of our stomachs or bodies... what of the ability to go beyond or against or with that voice - if we remove some of the decision making what do we make room for.
Is this part of what is behind the less stress when we pre-plan the meals ahead of time...
Where does this all come into doing or not doing what our mind desires and which we know is best for us.
The easier path - which is not easier, healthier, or the like... yet keeping the concepts of restfulness and relaxation in the process of what we do .. do
