I love playing the drums. All I ever wanted to do was play drums. So I do. And have been for about 40 years, since a young boy of 5. I love to rock but any good song is great to play. It's all about the groove. Being a bit dyslexic so the drums have given me a life I could not have had if I was to be in other work. As an artist musician I have the freedom to express myself in sound not the written word. But it isn't an easy row to hoe as far as coin goes. but then I get to things other people can't imaging. Outside music I'm into classic motorcycles big time. I love to find an old bike in sad condition and bring it back to life, then ride about on it. I also love my garden. Fresh veggies and fruit.As a peace lover I find the world such a sad place to live in these days. Can't understand why people want to kill with such glee. It's such a sad time.

It's a cold sunny day in winter down under in New Zeaaland. Sitting by the fire listening to PJ Harvey and John Cale. I like Polly's nose. She has a great voice. Got to get my band some work but I need to find a new singer, she says I play my drums too loud. Sillt thing. Time for a cuppa and an oat cake or two.
