I give the song a D+ because the hook is really catchy and i appreciate Miley not giving a shit. I still hate the song, though, and the video just feels like she threw everything "explicit" and "ooh look at me im so against the grain" into it. It was poorly put together and stupid at best. So the song gets a D+ and the video gets an F.
