One of the greatest guitar players to have ever lived, and an R&B duo we never heard from again. Hey, it turned out to be a recipe for chart success, notching Carlos Santana hit second long-running #1 hit off of Supernatural.
I think everyone knows what his other long-running hit from that album was, but if you don’t recall, “It’s a hot one, like seven inches from the midday sun …”
