Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, the Creator, Nas, John Legend and the-Dream all lend a hand on LET GOD SORT EM OUT, the first new Clipse album in nearly 16 years. As previously reported, the project, due July 11, was produced by longtime collaborator Pharrell Williams.

LET GOD SORT EM OUT is brothers Pusha T and Malice’s follow-up to 2009’s ‘Til the Casket Drops. Having focused on their own projects following the tour in support of it, the duo reunited at the 2022 BET Hip-Hop Awards and have played a handful of concerts since then, including at last year’s Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona.

“I’m a parent. I’m a grandparent. But I’ve always been conscious of the things that I say, that I put out into the world,” Malice recently told the New York Times. “I’ve said a lot of things that I knew better than, but the fact that I did it, I still talked about it. I’ve always painted both sides. I recall on a record I said, ‘I seen ’em pay for they fix when they kids couldn’t eat.’ That was a real line — that’s something I really saw, with a mother that I dealt with and her kids were hungry. I talk about how those kinds of things made me feel.”

A North American tour in support of the new album will get underway Aug. 3 in Boston and run through Sept. 10 in Detroit.
