Bordeen’s easy-on-the-ears indie pop songs remind me of the Corrs — and not just because they sound like they were made to be on a CW TV show. It’s because vocalist Brianna, drummer Daniel, and vocalist/guitarist Ryan Bordihn are siblings. So it makes sense that their melodies and harmonies fit so naturally together — they’ve probably been singing together since they were in diapers. Bordeen — which is the phonetic spelling of the siblings’ last name — is fresh off of working with Graham Wright from Tokyo Police Club, and they’ve been featured all over their native Canada’s radio stations.
