This follows his hours-long standoff with police and arrest on Tuesday morning (August 30).
After he was arrested for allegedly threatening model Baylee Curan with a gun, Chris Brown made the $250,000 bail and was set free.
According to Los Angeles County jail records, the "Loyal" singer was released at 11:19pm on Tuesday night (August 30). Despite being out of the pen, Chris does have to appear in court regarding the issue on September 20 at Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center.
While Chris strongly claims that he is innocent, this arrest just adds to his laundry list of run-ins with the law, which could essentially work against him during this particular case. He already served six years of probation after the 2009 assault case that involved his now ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. Then his manager, Mike G, sued Chris for allegedly punching him in the face.
Despite Breezy's past, only time and the upcoming court appearance will determine his fate. So we'll just have to wait and see.
