The UK quartet draw from hard times for their new tune.

While many remember the amazingness of the Spice Girls in the '90s, the UK also brought us All Saints. It's been 10 years since their debut self-titled album released, and now they're back with a new single.

"One Strike" brings us back to the seamless vocal harmonies and toe-tapping pop melodies that we remember from the once cargo pant-donning quartet. While the track is something you can groove to, it comes from a very personal place—Nicole Appleton's divorce from Oasis' Liam Gallagher.

"The lyrics came from somewhere very real. Nic was going through a lot of things at that time. That was at the forefront of my mind because it was the heaviest thing going on," fellow member Shaznay Lewis told NME.

"One Strike" is the first single off All Saints' upcoming album, Red Flag, which drops on April 8.

In the meantime, listen to the track below.
