Meet the fiery pop singer with a penchant for soulful love songs.
LOLO has always known what she wants. At age 16, Lauren Pritchard moved to Los Angeles to take her chances at becoming a singer. She did find showbiz success — but it was in theater (on Broadway in New York, no less), not music.
Fast-forward a decade and the artist now known as LOLO has become a soulful, versatile singer with the chops to belt out her feelings with the best of her peers in Motown. It shows on her sophomore record In Loving Memory Of When I Gave A Shit, which melds her heart-on-your-sleeve lyrics with vocals just as passionate.
We spoke with the 28 year-old singer-songwriter about what it was like to perform on Broadway, writing songs for Panic! At The Disco and her provocatively titled new album. Here’s 10 things you need to know about LOLO.

"For me, it’s the thing that I wanted to do because it brought me the greatest joy and still does," says LOLO. "So for me to be able to do that for my livelihood, it seemed like a no brainer."
