Xbox One S

Before the Xbox One S came out, the Xbox One looked like it was a loss. More people were buying PS4s each and every month, and many of the new titles were going that direction as well. Realistically, the Xbox One S is probably what the Xbox One should've been in the first place, but at least we have it now.
