The band goes down the Web rabbit hole in this one.

With the emergence of YouTube stars and the endless amounts of video content on the web, it's safe to say that you can practically watch anything online. And Wet Leather wanted to play with that idea for their new video for "Secret Preference."

"My inspiration for the video came from just going down vast YouTube video holes and finding these channels that were pretty clearly fetishistic but also rather wholesome and with a sense of self-aware fun," bassist Dema Paxton Fofang, who also directed the video, tells Myspace. "Like they built these little communities of people who got off on and appreciated their vids, and that's cool and great and I'm happy for them. I wanted to channel that vibe into a music video and found a premise that doubled as a tasty lunch."

And yes, singer Matt Bernstein consumed all the food and drink items that were featured in the clip. "The flaming shot was real and I was very drunk by the end of the shoot," he reveals.

"Secret Preference" is off the New York City band's upcoming album, The Feeling is Mutual. Watch the visual below.
