After being in the biz for years, Green Day have seen so much that you'd think nothing would surprise them at this point. One fan took on that challenge by asking his girlfriend to marry him in front of the California punk band.
The surprise took place at an in-store signing in Los Angeles for their latest, Revolution Radio, last week. The guy got down on one knee exactly at the moment they were in front of the band's table and popped the question. Shocked, his girlfriend said yes.
“Aw, that was amazing,” frontman Billie Joe Armstrong said. “Unreal. Thank God she said yes.”
