Will you watch the eighth film in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise?

After Furious 7 raked in $1.158 billion and counting at the box office, this was pretty much inevitable:

Actor Vin Diesel just announced that Fast and Furious 8 is officially going to happen. During his appearance at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, Nevada, Diesel revealed that the eighth film will be released on April 14, 2017. Fast and Furious 8 (which, by the way, was also referred to as simply Furious 8 by Diesel onstage while the title card was displayed as Fast and Furious 8—so no official confirmation on name yet) will take place primarily in New York and bring back all of the main cast, including Kurt Russell, who made an appearance in Furious 7. In 2014, Universal chairwoman Donna Langley shared that a total of 10 films would probably be made.

All together, the Fast and Furious franchise has earned more than $3.534 billion.
