She reminds teachers that since the capabilities and the creative learning capacity of every student are different and unique; it would be pointless dealing with them in groups. Rather dealing according to their individual capabilities is bound to bring a much better result. Unlike in olden days, the role of a teacher today has changed to that of being a facilitator rather than just being a teacher and thus they should try their best to enhance the study skills of the students as well as help them in self development too.
