Behind every fiction is a folded reality; the time-fold project:
In April of 2005 a box of tapes was found, locked in the closet of an abandoned backhouse;
hidden in the shadows behind a burnt and ruined foundation, its' dead pool, and an overgrowth of Jimson Weed and Castor, beneath crooked palms, tangled in the Jasmine of a lost neighborhood in the hills of old Los Angeles.
33 tapes in all, of various formats, were found stacked in a plastic film box. All but three wrapped, individually, in topographic map paper and labeled, "(VxPxC)".
The tapes themselves contain hours upon hours of psychedelic improvisation.
In April 2006 the tapes were placed in the locked closet of an abandoned backhouse in the hills of old Los Angeles.

Thank you for the wonderful music at the Echo Curio, for the CDs and tapes, and for being such great people. Wish we'd had more time to hang out and maybe even make some music together... perhaps next time?
Let us know when you're headed up this way, and we'll do what we can to help out. Hopefully get to play together again at least a few more times before the location changes of various members in each of our ensembles makes it too complicated to do so...

MONDAY -- lookin forward to it!!! the tracks for the fossils split are absolutely amazing, really like standing on the edge of a cliff and lettin loose the total 80's movie cliche "ive been freed by the wilderness" scream except at the end of the cliff is the same vxpxc porchmassters jammin away----gonna be sooooper heavy w/ fossils...
It was excellent travelling with y’alls! Good luck with the rest of the tour and make sure no one gets eaten by a dinosaur (or gets a Kokopelli tattoo).
