The wrecking queens was founded in 2004. All of the girls wanted to hussle with music and so they came up with the idea of a band of their own. Same taste of music led them on the path of rock ´n´ roll. Drummer Katja and singer Nöpsy knew each other through their piano teacher and met bass player Maria and guitar player Jenni in high school.
First they started with playing cover-songs. Maria wasn´t a member yet but when she joined the band they really started to kick some ass with their own songs. They have thrown about 40 gigs around Helsinki and Vantaa and won the 3rd place in Ääni ja Vimma- competition (a finnish competition for young unsigned bands) in 2006. Slowly but steadily they are growing their rock-audience in Finland.

Ja mitä sydämellisimmin tervetuloa ensi viikon keskiviikkona 11.6. Liberteen Seireeniklubille, jossa liuta mielenkiintoisia naisartisteja: Astrid Swan Adora Toria sekä Annan mustavalkoinen maailma eli minä kera uuden, uljaan bändini.
20.30 alkaa soitto, luvassa on myös kenkäarpajaiset, kynttilänvaloa, marenkeja ja ties mitä - ja lippukin maksaa vain 6 euroa. Mikä oivallinen myyntipuhe... Eli viikon päästä siis nähdään, eikös :D
