The Robot Invasion isn’t coming. The Robot Invasion is a name. Or is it? Here are five young men: a singer who guitars, a guitarist who sings, a bass player, a drummer and a trumpeter who does other things as required. They get together often, inspired by The Police, Sublime, Muse and a whole lot else to have a grand old time, to make great music and to put on a rocking live show. You can put this to the test at one of the many gigs the band are playing in Melbourne and beyond.

It's 1:39am and I have to swing past school tomorrow but just before I logged out of myspace I had a quick look at my friends list and saw you guys. Dunno what compelled me to click on The Robot Invasion amongst all the other bands, but it worked. Your song Boil Down started up and I thought to myself, "hell, these guys are so RX Banditsesque," which itself was comment worthy but I instead turned to leave. As I reached for the 'home' link your headline caught my eye: "Powered by Mi Goreng," which made me gasp, for I myself at this very moment am powered by the aforementioned hearty snack on account of having consumed it not forty five minutes ago! And so, with this new knowledge of a common interest, you have earned my respect manifested in the action of me changing my profile song to 'Boil Down'.
Wow, I write like a douche bag at night. Later fellas, -Mursane.
