The Arcadists were born in a galaxy far far away, not too long ago, where gnomes and goblins walked the planet. Their mothers, part of a age old secret wicken society, centered their being around one thing and one thing only.... being rocked. Upon ritual mating and spawning us, they spent the rest of their days singing the whole entire Bob Dylan collection in French while tapping each other on the back and looking the other direction.
The Arcadists formed back in the Spring of 2007, with roots in FUNK, FOLK, PUNK, and ROCK. Lucky for us, we haven’t stayed true to any of those genres.
We hope to sound like that one band that you know, but just can’t put your finger on it.
