About THE APPRECIATION POST (Back in TAMPA Today!!!!!)
We are The Appreciation Post. Last year, we self-released an ep called "Brighter Sides" - produced by Mike Poorman (Hot Rod Circuit/Paulson/TREOS). It's been the four of us since we started this band in 2005. There's really no going back at this point.
We're DIY and we make it happen. We sleep in our van. We don't have "the haircuts". We don't care about "views" or "play counts" because we're not interested in virtual popularity. All we care about is playing shows & writing songs. For a bunch of cynical dudes, we actually believe there is a place for sincerity in music.
Currently writing new songs for our next record, we hope to release something in early 2009. Until then, we're touring our asses off. All messages and comments are read (and usually responded to), so drop us a line, friends.

hi guys.! i don't know if you remember me, but a couple weeks ago i went to your show and met you guys and bought a shirt and cd. and oh my god, i LOVE my shirt and i wear it ALL THE TIME. and i listen to the whole cd at least once a week. so there. you guys are awesome. love you.<3

damnnnnn. i hate that i've gone back and forth with answers but apparently that's what bands in ocala are like! i guess the ocala show is now not saved which you've probably heard from ben by now. :/ sorry, i tried but people are very undependable which is totally lame.
i'm going to try my hardest to make it to the gainesville show, or possibly winter park!
