Tex in the City aims to combine the down home hospitable nature of Texas with the enthusiasm and ambition of New York City through networking, social and artistic events. You don't have to be a southerner to appreciate the friendly welcome you'll receive at any of our events.
Owned by producer and publicist Kambri Crews and operated by her fellow Texan transplants Scott Ramsey & Kevin Farr, Tex in the City produces and promotes a wide array of events from play readings by unknown writers to a book launch for Governor Ann Richards, from Off-Off-Broadway shows to Broadway Tony winners, and many free or heavily discounted mingling and entertainment offers.
