| General | everything is interesting. i do like traveling, hiking, camping, skinny-dipping@hot springs, music, politics, science, art, industrial design, inventing things, 60's cars, fishes, animals, plants, and, of course, playing music. lotsa other stuff too, but it's bedtime. | | Music | trashy sixties garage rock, obscure pretentious prog rock, blues, punk rock, ray charles, beethoven, patsy cline, eminem, pj harvey, steve earle, van der graaf generator, soft machine, jimi hendrix, tom waits, brian wilson, miles davis, mozart. you know, stuff like THAT. %^D | | Movies | spinal tap, zoolander, war of the worlds (the other one; haven't seen the new remake yet), plan 9 from outer space (the worst movie ever made), the cool and the crazy (stay AWAY from that LOCO WEED! %^P), meet the fokkers (not really a fave, but pretty dang funny), the strawberry statement (60's movie about a protester who also had to make his crew team workouts), monty python's life of brian, the last wave. i actually enjoy most movies, old or new, even if they're terrible. go figure. | | Television | hate television. it's evil mind control from above. | | Books | the phantom tollbooth, catch 22, diary of a dope fiend, aztec, webster's dictionary, the "holy" bible...you know...stuff like THAT! | | Heroes | ghandi, jfk, mlk, alan watts |

About me:
i have a business that produces progressive political anti-bush graphics.
i have a BA from cal state long beach, but still take music and broadcasting classes at long beach city college, where i'm in the campus progressives club.
play keyboards, do songwriting, and sing in bands. do appreciate obscure retro sixties music (among many other styles).
UGOT2LUV my cats. i live in an art studio.
swim laps in the pool five daze a week and also love bicyling.
i'm a macintosh lover, but you can still be my friend even if you ARE a bill gates windoze victim! c'mon, let's be friends. you hate macs, but you love your iPod. whassup w/THAT? just kidding...peace and love...
want to have kids when i grow up! which should probably better be pretty soon.
in addition to the graphics business, i work doing art therapy with developmentally disabled adults...
