Welcome The Smoke Jumpers. A group of individuals who have come together to combine their musical creativity into a mash-up of original underground hip-hop. A group of music lovers with varied tastes, but common goals, who came together to motivate each other to push their musical boundaries further. We wanted to take all of our individual styles and knowledge, and make something new. We wanted to make something that sounded different. In some groups, everybody's the same, and in some groups, everyone's on a completely different page. We wanted to be on the same page, going in ALL directions. We wanted to make beats that sound different from the norm, and layer that with various lyrical styles. We all come from different places and musical backgrounds, and we want that to reflect in the songs. That's why we got together in the first place. We mostly just want to make tracks that we love, and that our friends can jam to. We think we have outdone our own expectations to come up with something "original", but regardless, we're going to keep grinding it out, doing what we love.
