Michael Brecker, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, David Sandborn, Chris Potter, Bob Berg, Joshua Redman, and too many others that I can't think of right now...

This is a cool little thing we play from time to time.. Our bass player Kent plays a solo bass tune he wrote then we go into Michael Jackson's "Man In the Mirror" and we all join in and rock it out. This is at Blind Willie's in Atlanta, GA. Enjoy!
This is an older video that I just found of Me playin with Mike Zito at jack Daniel's in Lake Charles. The song is called Lovering.
Lovering solo at JD's
Since I can remember I've been in love with music and have been singing for family and friends. I was brought up with everything from Glenn Miller to James Brown and everything in between. From all of the horn band exposure, I decided to pick up the saxophone when I was about 11. I took all of that horn band music that I had listened to for so many years and sat down with my sax and a radio and started learning. I took all of those influences and started to develop my sound. When I was in high school I was exposed to more modern jazz, players like Michael Brecker, Chic Corea, Herbie Hancock, etc. and began learning that style.
At the age of 17 I went to my first bar and sat in with the jazz trio there and landed my first gig with a funk jam band called Lingus. After doing a few shows with them, I began hitting the bars every weekend looking for bands to play with. I had my first blues band experience with some now very good friends of mine in a band called X-It 43. I started playing more and more gigs with them and other bands and fell in love with performing. After playing with them for a while, I met the illustrious Mike Zito, a rockin blues and r&b player from St. Louis, MO and started playing with him.
I started touring all over the country with Mike and decided that was what I was going to do for a living. After playing with Mike for a while, I got picked up by Hamilton Loomis, a funky blues guitar player from Galveston, TX and a protege of Bo Diddley. I'm currently playing with Hamilton Loomis, touring all over the country and all over the world.

Hey, i listened to Pull Strings, thats some awsome shit man. i used to play the trumpet, and am still trying to get a hold of one, so if you ever need a trumpet in anything just give me a lil time to get back into the swing and i'll be there. i love playing jazz and everything really. i started playing in 6th grade and was actually really good. i still have all my sheet music so if i ever get my hands on another trumpet i will be able to hone my skills back up.
