I grew up in Oak Park, IL, which borders Chicago. Now that I'm an "adult," I live in Chicago, where I'm a professional musician. I'm known mainly as a pianist/keyboardist, but I can also be heard playing accordian and guitar, which I'm worse at, but enjoy just as much. I'm more or less a jazz musician/improviser, but I like almost every kind of music, including country. I also really hate it when people say they like every kind of music, so I'll add that I don't much care for most current pop music or really flashy '70s jazz-fusion (with the possible exception of the original line-up of the Mahavishnu Orchestra and anything involving Allan Holdsworth).
My original music is featured in the group INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY.
Our first show back @ Morseland in over 3 months, are you ready? We’re working on a new album, so when you join the party this Saturday, June 21st @ 10pm, groove to the ? Take a look @ the video below, it sounds like HUDSON!

Thanks for the words. I definitely check out Boards of Canada. In the track you're referring to, I tried to make the phrases breath like they do, you know?
I'd love to see you if you ever come to NY again, but I'll miss you if you come this summer. I'm going to check out the synth dept at Berklee for a semester. I really like the vibe there. If you are in Boston this summer, definitely let me know so we can wreck havoc among the towns people. How are YOU!
