After leaving FREEDOM CALL in the middle of 2005, I decided to build up my own band. It was hard to find the right musicians, but here is the result!
The strong line up, featuring ex-members of Freedom Call, Jaded Heart and At Vance, including the incredible talent of the young singer makes PowerWorld a promising nominee in the european metal scene!
After recording demos, the band start to write the rest of the material for the upcoming debut. Drums are recorded by Sascha Gerstner from Helloween, the Premix is done by Chris Lausmann (Bonfire/Jaded Heart/Pink Cream 69/Voices of rock/Cornerstone). The debut is released in march 2008 by metal heaven in europe and japan, in june in US!
HI dear friend!! I’m so sorry, that you haven’t heard from me the last month, hope you can forgive me:) How are you doing these days? What have you been up to? The reason why I haven’t written for so long, is because I have had some problems with my computer…it went down, so I lost (almost) EVERYTHING on it..all my work with the photos and so on I’ve made is gone..stupid computer. I still have some problems with it, but hope it’ll learn to listen to me sometimes and be my friend again, so I can write to you more often :) But either do my computer doesn’t work, I still hope you’ll write to me, cause you are always in my thought, and a letter from you makes my heart warm. The latest week has been fantastic. My friend from New York (whom I have known in 15 years), was here for a visit in Denmark for the first time. I haven’t seen her for 9 years, so it was amazing to see her again. The weather here in Denmark is confusing. It shifts between sun, wind and rain. So it’s not easy to put on clothes in the morning. So it’s robber boots, shots, a t-shirt, a jacket under the arm and a warm cap…now don’t I just look nice, can you imagine..haha :) But hope the weather is more on your side.
