Obka is an artist & live sound engineer in Madison WI. He is a very odd combination of things. Think of him as a sort of musical casserole. The kind your mom might make the week after Christmas. Lots of things all thrown together, with cheese. He is also about halfway off his rocker. About 5 years ago he went for a drive and his car broke down about 37 miles outside the state of his mind.
