Hello, and welcome to Minipop. We are 2 girls and 2 guys that make dream-pop music out of San Francisco, CA. Our debut album, 'A New Hope' is available now on Take Root Records. Hopefully we will be coming to your city soon....
LA Times / Buzz Bands / Kevin Bronson "Minipop makes it work with savvy pop songwriting and onstage confidence (many a purveyor of this kind of music comes off precious), and on "A New Hope" Minipop's dream-pop sounds as fresh as ever thanks to the production work of Chris Manning (once a member of Jellyfish).
Yahoo Music - "From dream pop to couch cozy alt. rock, San Francisco's Minipop delivers a supercharged debut on A New Hope"
Filter-mag.com:
“Like I Do” is a pop treat that finds its way into your head and stays there. Kanne’s fragile vocals mixed with hooky guitar riffs and electronic ambiance have constructed an impressive pop song that tastes as good as biting into a fresh poppy seed muffin. "
And it should be in most record stores too besides Wal Mart and Target. If you can't find it, send us an email or ask the store to order it. Thank you. Thank you.

thanks for the add!! i don't know what it is about the vocals in "Like I Do" but I absolutely love them! Great job and hopefully I can see you guys play on the west coast!
Simply the most amazing event I have seen! You guys are not only incredible musicians, but the coolest people I have met! Good luck with the rest of your tour and thanks again for the CD!!
WOW! you guys are kicking ass. I can't believe Minipop is playing all over the United States. Keep on doing what it, I'm proud of you guys. I remember the first time I saw you guys play. It was at The Great American Music Hall and you opened for Metric. Good times with Butterflies
I saw your tour schedule and my heart sank. I have tickets for Death Cab on the 26th and have had for a while. :( I am still trying to figure out how to be in two places at once to no avail, and I'm quite torn. I'll still help promote if I can.
What a drag!! You finally come close to Dallas (Austin/Houston) and it's mother's day! I wanted to see you guys real bad. Please come to Dallas...or my birthday party. Thanks!
Thanks again for playing a great show for UCLA radio and for playing Precious for me! I especially want to thank you for the interview after the show. Good luck at Spaceland tonight and Happy Cinco de Mayo!! -Kristen
Just wanted to say Hi and wish you all a great day. Your music reaches me and speaks to me so much. You guys are special, and I wish you continued success and inspiration! Thank you! *hugs*
